The Role:

Site-Based Project Manager leading a £7m luxury residential scheme

100% site-based position in Islington

Full responsibility for day-to-day site management

Managing and driving construction programmes

Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors

*

Ensuring the highest standards of quality, health & safety

*

Working closely with a project-based Quantity Surveyor

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience delivering high-spec residential projects

Strong leadership and programme management skills

Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail

Confident managing live sites independently
