We work across multiple sectors, managing facilities and delivering small-to-medium-scale projects efficiently and to the highest standard. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Facilities Management Project Manager/ Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Site Surveys: Attend site or coordinate third-party visits to assess required works, identifying additional opportunities while on-site.
- Project Logging: Accurately log all site visits, project notes, and relevant updates into the management system.
- Quoting: Provide project quotations using either marked-up third-party quotes or in-house assessments. Submit to client and ensure system records are up to date.
- Approvals: Obtain formal client sign-off and purchase orders before proceeding with works.
- Project Delivery: Manage and deliver projects using appropriate methods, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all completed works meet GDFM standards and are formally signed off.
- Account Monitoring: Keep track of client accounts, chasing outstanding POs or payments where necessary.
- Business Development: Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities during site visits or client interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management or Facilities/ Site Management roles.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in quoting, surveying, and managing small-to-medium scale FM projects.
- Familiar with digital management systems and workflow logging.
- Full UK Driving Licence (a pool vehicle will be provided for site visits).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing projects.
