Location: Newport-Based, but travel across Wales & England will be required (Various Sites)

Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience

We work across multiple sectors, managing facilities and delivering small-to-medium-scale projects efficiently and to the highest standard. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Facilities Management Project Manager/ Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong working relationships.

 

  • Site Surveys: Attend site or coordinate third-party visits to assess required works, identifying additional opportunities while on-site.

 

  • Project Logging: Accurately log all site visits, project notes, and relevant updates into the management system.

 

  • Quoting: Provide project quotations using either marked-up third-party quotes or in-house assessments. Submit to client and ensure system records are up to date.

 

  • Approvals: Obtain formal client sign-off and purchase orders before proceeding with works.

 

  • Project Delivery: Manage and deliver projects using appropriate methods, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.

 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all completed works meet GDFM standards and are formally signed off.

 

  • Account Monitoring: Keep track of client accounts, chasing outstanding POs or payments where necessary.

 

  • Business Development: Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities during site visits or client interactions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management or Facilities/ Site Management roles.

 

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

 

  • Proficient in quoting, surveying, and managing small-to-medium scale FM projects.

 

  • Familiar with digital management systems and workflow logging.

 

  • Full UK Driving Licence (a pool vehicle will be provided for site visits).

 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing projects.
