CJC Recruit are recruiting a Small Works Project Manager for a busy acute hospital site.
This is a Facilities Management / Hard FM role, managing small works and variation projects within a live healthcare environment. Ideal for candidates from FM, estates or engineering backgrounds rather than construction.
Key duties include:
✔ Small works project delivery
✔ CDM & health and safety compliance
✔ Subcontractor coordination
✔ Cost control and reporting
✔ Stakeholder liaison within a hospital environment
Requirements:
* FM / Hard FM / Estates background
* Small works experience
* CDM knowledge
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Comfortable working on site
