Job Title: Project Manager (Fire suppression)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Remote, with travel to various UK sites

Position 1 Recruitment is pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established Engineering Services company based in Attleborough, who are seeking a Project manager with Fire suppression experience to join the team.

Please note that our client does not hold a sponsorship licence. Therefore, applicants must have full right to work in the UK.

Due to the responsibilities of the role, candidates must also hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage projects from initial planning through to commissioning and close-out

· Develop, monitor, and control project programmes, resources, budgets, and risks

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage project variations

· Coordinate and supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring competence and compliance

· Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental performance

· Provide accurate and timely reporting on project progress, costs, and risks

Experience & Qualifications

· Proven Project Management experience within Fire Suppression.

· Strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management capabilities

· Confident leader with experience managing site teams and subcontractors

· CSCS Manager card required (SMSTS/CDM desirable; MAPM preferred)

· Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2

· Flexible to travel and work occasional anti-social hours

· Full UK driving licence
