What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead project delivery from start to finish, ensuring works run to budget and programme. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Implement company-wide policies and procedures for health & safety, quality, and environmental standards. Chair site meetings, manage short-term programmes, and oversee supply chain coordination. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and maintain high safety standards. Mentor and support your project team, fostering personal development and growth. Keep accurate site records, reports, and documentation in line with contract specifications.
