Role Overview: To manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Working alongside an existing Project Team, the role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, managing risk and change control, and ensuring full traceability and documentation in line with nuclear industry standards. Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects from award through to completion and handover.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and client requirements.
* Coordinate fabrication schedules with the Fabrication Manager to ensure timely production.
* Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial forecasts.
* Manage project risks, issues and change control processes.
* Ensure full documentation, traceability, and reporting compliance in line with quality management systems.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients on allocated projects.
* Lead project review meetings and provide performance updates to the Head of Projects.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality performance.
* Promote a strong safety-first culture across all project activities.
