Develop and implement the complete ramp-up plan , covering headcount modelling, shift pattern changes, supplier readiness, training, layout adjustments, and material flow improvements. Drive structured problem solving and issue resolution, escalating risks to delivery, quality, cost, and safety while maintaining stable ramp-up performance.
