Role: Project Manager (Business Readiness)

Location: Gloucestershire (twice/week onsite)

Duration: 4-month initial contract (scope for extension)

Rate: £650/day inside IR35 (via umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Business Readiness Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services organisation on a business-critical client-focused transformation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within Wealth Management and wider Financial Services
• Extensive background delivering Business and Operational Readiness initiatives within highly-regulated environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally and implement completely new project processes and controls
• Experience engaging with senior leaders, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure project delivery
• Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
