The role:
As a Project Manager, you will help drive our goals by: Manage multiple capital projects (£1-2m), including pilot plants, infrastructure, and site utility equipment, overseeing budgets and capital forecasting. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver bespoke, cost-effective designs, including scope, planning, scheduling, change management, installation, and commissioning. Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions, ensuring designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. Identify and manage project uncertainties, changes in scope, and conflicting priorities across multiple projects, sites, and stakeholders while controlling risk. Ensure compliance with regulatory, EHS, and JM standards; lead safety audits, hazard studies, and risk assessments to improve practices and maintain process safety.
