Mid-Level Creative Project Manager

Day Rate: £250–£275

Contract Length: 3–4 months minimum

Start Date: Mid-January

Location: London-based / Hybrid working

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Creative Project Manager to join a fast-paced, creative environment on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, collaborative, and experienced in managing end-to-end creative and marketing projects across multiple channels and teams.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the workflow and delivery of 360° marketing and creative projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects running smoothly from briefing through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the workflow of integrated 360 marketing and creative campaigns
  • Coordinate across multiple departments including creative, production, retail, and visual merchandising (VM)
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and status updates
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Support internal alignment and approvals by preparing clear, well-structured presentation materials for sign-off and internal communications
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, deadlines, and business objectives
  • Proactively identify risks or challenges and work collaboratively to resolve them
  • Support European markets as required, including travel to Europe approximately once per month

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a creative project management role
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaign needs, and creative processes
  • Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience preparing presentations and documentation for senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid London-based environment
  • Willing and able to travel within Europe on a regular basis
