Permanent | £50,000 – £55,000 + Package Location: Based out of the Leeds Office but covering Nationwide work. About the Role * We’re looking for an experienced Retail Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across our retail portfolio. You’ll be responsible for ensuring sites are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard, all while coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. * This is an exciting opportunity for a driven project professional who thrives in retail environments and enjoys seeing their work come to life on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end delivery of retail construction, fit‑out, and refurbishment projects * Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers * Coordinate contractors, suppliers, architects, and internal stakeholders * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality * Report project updates to senior management * Oversee handover and ensure snag-free completion * Drive continuous improvements across project delivery processes Skills & Experience Required * Experience managing retail or commercial construction projects * Strong knowledge of fit‑out processes, building regulations, and H&S * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation capabilities * Proven ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines * Full UK driving licence (or relevant licence for location) What We’re Looking For A confident leader with exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with on-site teams, contractors, and store leadership.
