This business has grown steadily over the years and is well regarded for delivering high quality projects across mechanical, electrical, renewables, and warehouse/racking solutions. Role: Deliver industrial and warehouse projects from inception through to completion Take responsibility for project planning, scheduling, budgets, and risk management Oversee financial elements of projects including cost control, forecasting, valuations, and contract administration Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery Report to senior management while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day delivery Ensure projects align with the company's sustainability commitments and Net Zero goals Uphold the highest standards of health and safety across all projects Person: Have even if little industrial or warehouse project management experience Have commercial and financial experience, including cost management, forecasting, and contract administration Be flexible with travel to local sites within the East Midlands area Hold relevant qualifications in project management or construction (desirable) Contact Hannah.wade@konkergroup.com
