Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 basic + travel allowance

Our client, a leading security integrator, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of enterprise-level security system projects across high-profile London estates.


Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of integrated security projects, acting as the primary point of contact for end users and M&E contractors. This pivotal role involves managing project budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated security projects across multiple London sites
  • Serve as the main point of contact for end users and M&E contractors
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring full commercial responsibility and P&L control
  • Coordinate resources across contracts, including in-house engineers and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance
  • Oversee system commissioning, quality checks, and handover documentation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification


Requirements

  • Proven experience in project delivery within the security systems or building services sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems such as CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
  • Comfortable working with enterprise-level clients and managing multiple stakeholders Experience working alongside M&E contractors and understanding of site-based coordination
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with P&L management experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
