About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Project Manager with a strong track record delivering pub, bar, and restaurant refurbishments across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing contractor specialising in fast‑paced hospitality projects, both refresh and full-strip refurbishments.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on role, be comfortable travelling nationally, and will have the technical capability to support basic Quantity Surveying/Commercial duties such as cost tracking, variations, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple refurbishment projects from pre‑construction through to handover
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, schedules, H&S, and quality control
Work closely with clients, designers, landlords, and operational teams
Produce and manage project programmes, RAMS, and site documentation
Support commercial functions with cost management, valuations, variations, and budget monitoring
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company reputation

About You

Proven experience managing pub, bar or restaurant refurbishments (essential)
Strong understanding of fit out sequencing, trades, and compliance within hospitality environments
Willingness to work nationally, often staying away when required
Confident leading projects in live and operational environments
Good commercial awareness and ability to support QS/financial tasks
Excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
Full UK driving licence
