Location: Chepstow / Newport (ideal) Projects across South Wales & Bristol Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Package (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to join a growing and highly reputable construction business, delivering complex refurbishment and decarbonisation projects across South Wales and Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional looking to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working within live environments and alongside a highly collaborative client and consultant team.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a major ongoing scheme in Cardiff, currently programmed through to December 2027, with further projects in the pipeline across the region.
Current works include:
Temporary works packages Large-scale reroofing works Full re-windowing packages Decarbonisation and energy efficiency upgrades Complex refurbishment works within occupied buildings This flagship scheme is being delivered within an occupied university environment, requiring a strong focus on programme, stakeholder management, safety, and operational coordination.
