Job Description

Agile Project Manager – 12‑month FTC (Agile, Small Change Delivery)

Glasgow – 2 days per week in the office

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving, agile environments and enjoys delivering multiple small, high-impact change initiatives at pace.

This role is perfect for someone who prefers continuous delivery over large transformation programmes — working across product, digital and marketing-led change where priorities evolve quickly and value is delivered iteratively.

You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to a busy change pipeline, ensuring initiatives move forward efficiently while keeping stakeholders aligned in a constantly evolving landscape.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver multiple small-to-medium agile change initiatives end-to-end
  • Build pragmatic, right-sized delivery plans that enable fast, iterative progress
  • Manage RAID logs with discipline, identifying risks early and driving quick mitigations
  • Navigate frequent reprioritisation, shifting dependencies and evolving requirements
  • Work closely with product owners, marketing teams, SMEs and technology partners
  • Provide clear communication and senior-ready reporting across concurrent workstreams
  • Remove blockers quickly to maintain delivery momentum
  • Embed lightweight governance, agile ways of working and change control
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned
  • Support business readiness and smooth transition into BAU

Two days per week in the Glasgow office will focus on collaborative delivery sessions, stand-ups, planning and problem solving with product, marketing and technology teams.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years’ experience delivering as a Project Manager
  • Background in financial services, digital, product, marketing or operational change
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent change initiatives while maintaining pace and structure
  • Strong understanding of agile or product-led delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid)
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled and customer-facing change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and prioritise effectively
  • Experience using MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio (JIRA beneficial)
  • A calm, proactive and self-directed approach in high-change environ
