Project Manager – Milton Keynes (Hybrid) – SC Cleared - Circa £80,000

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and governance of key strategic initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered to scope, time, and quality while maintaining strong alignment with organisational priorities and stakeholder expectations. SC or DV Clearance is required for this role !

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring robust planning, governance, and oversight
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and progress reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive delivery, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and expectations across all levels
• Monitor project performance, assess risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure project outputs meet defined quality standards and transition smoothly into business-as-usual operations

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record delivering complex projects within large or multifaceted organisations
• Strong understanding of project governance, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic delivery environments
• Proficiency with project planning tools and reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management
• Requires DV Clearance or SC Clearance that is eligible for DV Clearance

• Hybrid – Milton Keynes
• 24 Months initial fixed term
• Excellent package including 33% pension contribution
• Circa £80,000 Basic salary
