This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Abingdon-On-Thames, with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordinating, and delivering HubSpot-related solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, facilitating inspections, overseeing logistics, expediting project tasks, and serving as a point of communication between internal teams and clients. The role also demands adapting to the dynamic needs of each client while maintaining organizational standards and efficiency.

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organization, and client communication
• Experience with expediting and expeditor roles, ensuring on-time task completion
• Knowledge in Inspection and quality review processes
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources and timelines
• Ability to tailor solutions to meet diverse client needs and support technology adoption
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is advantageous
