A leading not-for-profit organisation in the healthcare sector is seeking 2 strategic and influential Project Managers to join its Transformation Management Office and report to the Portfolio Manager. This is your chance to make a significant difference in an organisation that exists to support professionals when they need it most. You'll be joining a function specifically created to drive organisation-wide change. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Leeds office and offers up to £55,000 - £60,000 + bonus , generous pension, private medical cover, flexible leave, and more THE ROLE As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from inception to completion – ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals and delivered in line with best practices. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, champion change delivery tools and methods, and promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the successful delivery of a portfolio of business projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
