RoleOverview: The New Product Introduction team is expanding and therefore looking for an enthusiastic & motivatedprojectprofessionaltojoinitsteam.Thisisanexcitingopportunitytodevelopskills&grow experience in a highly innovative & dynamic organisation embarking on a mission to decarbonise the maritime industry. The Project Manager will be given responsibility over projects within a challenging, complex, and exciting EF24 Programme and work under the direction of the Head of New Product Introduction to ultimately ensure these elements are delivered according to the goals & constraints of the EF24 Programme. They will be entrusted to lead these projects in collaboration with the EF24 Chief TechnicalProjectEngineer proactivelymanaging, problem solving, escalatingissues, andidentifying risks for their assigned projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for stakeholder management for their projects & will be required to engage with external & internal stakeholders, including suppliers and sub-contractors. They will also assist the Head of New Product Introduction in overall programme governance as well asdeveloping&maturingthesuiteofproject&programmemanagementrelatedprocessesandtools.
