We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a growing, multi-site organisation and play a key role in delivering high-impact business transformation initiatives.


Sitting within a central transformation function, you’ll lead a portfolio of strategic change projects from inception through to delivery. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful change that improves performance, efficiency, and long-term capability.

Key Responsibilities


End-to-End Project Delivery

  • Lead and deliver business change projects aligned to strategic objectives
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams
  • Communicate clearly on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Drive alignment and engagement across multiple business areas


Change Management

  • Develop and implement structured change and adoption strategies
  • Support teams through transition with minimal disruption
  • Ensure sustainable adoption of change across the organisation


Business Improvement

  • Work with internal teams to define business requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency


Risk & Governance

  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain project documentation (RAID logs, status reports, business cases)
  • Ensure effective governance and reporting frameworks


Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams (on-site and remote)
  • Drive accountability, clarity, and delivery focus


About You


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end business change or transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Ability to drive change adoption in operational environments
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Desirable

  • Experience in a regulated or multi-site environment
  • Exposure to systems or technology-enabled change programmes
  • Formal project or change management certification
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers
