Position Overview As a DAP Project Manager , you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple client-facing projects across a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will engage with clients from the initial scoping phase through to post-implementation support, ensuring successful outcomes, maximum value, and strong user adoption. This role requires a confident, proactive leader who can manage complex projects under tight deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Core Client-Facing Project Management Lead the management of multiple concurrent projects across various client accounts. Support project scoping during Pre-Sales and Discovery phases, ensuring clients fully understand the solution’s capabilities. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure accountability for milestones and deliverables.
