A creative communications agency is hiring a Project Manager to support the delivery of high-output creative work for a major global enterprise client.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and pace to complex creative delivery. You will work closely with internal creative teams and senior client stakeholders to ensure projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.

Role: Project Manager

Salary: Up to £36,000

Location: Leicester (3 days per week onsite)

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the delivery of multiple creative projects from brief through to final output
• Work closely with designers, writers, producers and clients to ensure projects stay on track
• Shape and clarify briefs with stakeholders to ensure clear scope, timelines and outcomes
• Oversee delivery across a mix of creative outputs including presentations, video, digital campaigns, print and event-related content
• Manage project timelines, trackers and communication plans to maintain delivery pace
• Ensure strong workflow discipline across version control, approvals, QA and file management
• Identify risks early and proactively manage delivery challenges
• Continuously improve delivery workflows and processes to make projects more efficient

What you’ll need:

• Experience as a Project Manager within a creative agency or fast-paced creative production environment
• Proven experience delivering projects involving digital and physical creative outputs such as presentations, video, campaigns, print or event content
• Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally working with global or enterprise clients
• Understanding of creative production workflows, including Adobe Creative Suite environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining organisation and clarity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness around scope, timelines and delivery
