Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a contracts manager for a 5* residential developer.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager / Contracts Manager based in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing site teams and production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production processes to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
Qualifications
Strong project management and organisational skills Experience in new housebuilding for volume developers Knowledge of production planning and scheduling Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and leadership skills Excellent knowledge of health and safety and NHBC regulations Experience with budget management
