We are seeking an experienced Project Planner with demonstrable carve-out and separation experience to support a complex organisational transformation program.

The role will be responsible for building, maintaining and governing the integrated program plan across multiple workstreams, ensuring critical dependencies, legal steps, and Day-1 readiness activities are clearly sequenced and actively managed.

This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate within fast-paced, regulated and multi-jurisdictional environments.

Experience & Capability Requirements

• Proven experience on complex separation, carve-out or divestment programs

• Strong enterprise-level planning capability (MS Project essential)

• Experience managing multi-workstream dependencies

• Ability to operate in regulated and/or multi-jurisdictional environments

• Executive-ready reporting capability
