KeyResponsibilities

• Manageandcontrolsite-basedteams,ensuringfullcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandprocedures,includingHealth&Safety,Environmental,QualityAssuranceandPurchasingpolicies
• EnsureallworksaredeliveredtoahighstandardandinaccordancewithrelevantBritishStandardsandcodesofpractice
• Collaboratewithoperationalteamstoensurecontractualobligations,milestonesandprojectcompletiondatesaremetandreportedaccurately
• Setandmanagefinancialtargetstomeetagreedobjectives,includingreportingonfinancialperformanceandprojectdeliveryschedulestoOperationalManagement,Directorsandcommercialteams
• Provideanalysis,insightandadviceonprojectdeliverytosupportpositiveclientandbusinessoutcomes
• Providetechnicalsupporttocustomersandsite-basedteams,workingwithcentraldepartments,specialistsuppliersandsub-contractors
• Supportanddelivertrainingwhererequiredtoenhancetheeffectivenessofthebusinessunitandthewiderbusiness

• HNCqualification(orequivalent)inBuildingServicesEngineering,orqualifiedthroughexperienceinasimilarrole
• StrongtechnicalknowledgeofMechanical&Electrical(M&E)services
• Soundcommercial,design,financialandprojectknowledgeacrossmulti-disciplinecontracts
