Job Summary – Project Planner (Construction & HV Electrical)
A leading infrastructure organisation is seeking a Project Planner to support a major substation construction project . The role focuses on maintaining and analysing project schedules, providing regular progress updates, and collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, analyse, and update project programmes in Primavera P6 . Produce weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule forecasts. Identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities; support mitigation and recovery planning. Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project leadership teams to ensure accurate planning data. Support change management, earned value analysis, and reporting activities.
Required Experience: Proven planning experience in construction and HV electrical infrastructure projects. Strong proficiency in P6 , including critical path analysis and progress updating. Ability to interpret technical information and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Strong organisational and reporting skills.
