About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead and deliver high-value projects and programs from initiation through to execution, manufacture, product launch, and final delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bids, driving product improvements, and overseeing variations while ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project scopes, objectives, and feasibility assessments in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless project execution. Review proposals, manage budgets, and conduct cost analysis. Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress. Manage risks, establish mitigation plans, and communicate contingencies. Chair and present at program meetings (design reviews, progress updates, gate reviews).
