Project Quantity Surveyor\nCommercial Fit Out | City of London | Permanent | £75,000–£85,000 + package\n \nA well-established Central London fit out contractor is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to strengthen the commercial team.\n \nThis is a long-term hire. While the role supports current workload, the business can appoint immediately regardless of backfill or future project wins.\n \nThe first project is a negotiated two-stage commercial fit-out in the City, circa £12m, with ongoing opportunities across a strong Central London pipeline.\n \nThe Role\n • Reporting into a visiting Commercial Manager\n • Managing subcontractor packages, procurement and commercial change\n • Hands-on delivery role covering valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts\n • Working closely with site teams, consultants and client-side stakeholders\n • City-based project with further Central London schemes to follow\n \nWhat they’re looking for\n • Project-level Quantity Surveyor (or strong Intermediate stepping up)\n • Main contractor background in commercial fit out or refurbishment\n • Confident managing subcontractors and package-level commercial delivery\n • Solid understanding of JCT contracts and two-stage procurement\n • Organised, commercially sound and comfortable in client-facing environments\n \nThe Company\n • Specialist commercial fit out contractor operating across Central London\n • Design-led, negotiated and two-stage projects for institutional clients\n • Strong commercial structure with experienced senior leadership\n • Clear progression and long-term stability\n \nInterested?\n Michael Ogunyankin | (phone number removed) | michael @ (url removed)\n \nNo pressure — happy to talk it through.\n And if it’s not for you but you know someone suitable, referrals are always appreciated
