QUANTITY SURVEYOR Location: Glasgow (Office based with occasional site visits) Fourply Ltd is a Glasgow-headquartered building contractor specialising in refurbishment, minor works, passive fire protection, and maintenance across healthcare, retail, and commercial sectors throughout the UK. With more than 20 years of steady growth, our 50-strong team has built a reputation for high-quality workmanship, dependable delivery, and long-term partnerships including an established framework with Boots UK since 2002. We re looking for an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team. Working alongside our Contracts Managers and project teams, you ll manage costs, procurement, and commercial performance across a range of refurbishment and minor works projects. Manage commercial and contractual arrangements across client projects Price, negotiate and agree project costs, budgets, and variations Procure subcontractor packages and manage supplier relationships Monitor financial performance and prepare valuations and final accounts Prepare financial and management reports to support project monitoring Promote strong commercial awareness across project teams Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar field Experience in construction or refurbishment environments Familiarity with construction regulations and contract frameworks Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Car allowance Pension contribution Health & wellbeing plan Life and accident cover Clear opportunities for career development in a supportive and growing business If you re ready to take the next step in your surveying career and want to be part of a trusted, forward-looking contractor with a strong client base we d love to hear from you.
