This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering essential refurbishment & maintenance works that improve lives and communities.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a Tier 1 Contractor with a heavy presence in the Social Housing sector, they are committed to delivering high quality maintenance solutions for housing providers and local authorities with the goal of improving communities.\n\nAn opportunity has opened up for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team, working on Social Housing contracts across Merseyside.\n\nDescription\n\nManage all commercial aspects of assigned Social Housing projects\nEnsure cost control, accurate reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle\nSupport procurement of subcontractors and manage subcontract accounts\nWork closely with site teams and clients etc to ensure value for money and contract compliance\nPrepare valuations, variations, and final accounts\nContribute forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting\nSupport and mentor junior members of the commercial teamProfile\n\nProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior/project level\nStrong understand and experience within Social Housing refurbishment or maintenance contracts\nExcellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills\nDegree-qualified in Quantity SurveyingJob Offer\n\nCirca £65,000 annual salary\n£6,000 car allowance\nCirca 10% annual bonus\n25 days annual leave + BH & option to buy\nCompetitive pension scheme\nFlexible agile working
