They are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of multiple residential developments, following a period of success and growth.

The Role:

An opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience in Residential Groundworks to join a reputable and growing contractor. The successful candidate will oversee all commercial and financial aspects of groundworks projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficiency from tender to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations. Conduct take-offs and prepare accurate tender submissions. Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts with clients. Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and cash flow. Liaise closely with site management teams and clients to resolve commercial queries.
