PM Group is seeking a Process Safety Lead for a client in Cheshire.

Scope of Work:

• Policies, standards, best practices implemented across CAPEX projects
• Leadership across full project lifecycle and work with Engineering Safety Teams, Project Manager, Designers, contractors
• Lead Engineering, construction and commissioning safety across CAPEX projects
• Lead and support risk assessments (HAZOP & RAMS)
• Support audits, assurance activities and reviews
• Lead incident, near miss and unsafe condition, investigations and root cause analysis
• Monitor construction safety performance
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance

Requirements:

• Engineer or technical qualification ideally
• Health & Safety & Construction experience within appropriate industries
• Managed safety on construction projects
• CDM regulations
• ATEX, COMAH, CAPEX
• Distillery, Petrochemical, Fine Chemical or API industry experience
• HAZOP & RAMS knowledge
