About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our Bristol-based team. You'll play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining project schedules across a dynamic portfolio. This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders will be just as important as your technical skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, maintain, and manage resourced, time-phased project schedules across multiple projects
Create and maintain risk-adjusted schedules and conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost, schedule, and scope data
Track performance, identify delays or deviations, and develop mitigation plans
Facilitate baseline change control and produce "what-if" scenarios
Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against schedule
Integrate Agile and Waterfall plans into overarching programme schedules
Generate regular reports and dashboards to support visibility, control, and decision-making
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in project planning/scheduling
Practical knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, and baseline change control
Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or Asta Powerproject
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and cost estimation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to work with stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure
SC Clearance eligible (or currently cleared) and right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications:
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or similar
Experience working in customer-facing environments or with government/regulated clients
