Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: London3 days per week in the London office (flexible on days)

Duration: 6 months

Key Requirements (Day One Essentials)

  • Strong governance, finance and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage reporting, spend tracking and budget oversight.
  • Competent in Excel and PowerPoint — able to produce and update presentations, trackers, and finance reports.

Role Focus / Responsibilities

Finance & Governance

• Managing budgets.

• Ensuring purchase orders are raised, invoices received, and receipts matched.

• Forecasting ongoing spend once familiar with the environment.

• Looking at spend across the team and producing clear reporting.

• Maintaining governance, programme board packs, weekly updates, and RAID logs

Coordination & Reporting

• Supporting Project Managers, Service Manager, Ops Managers,& Director.

• Updating long standing project/finance trackers.

• Converting legacy spreadsheet data into a new reporting format for the wider portfolio.

• Using interim Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint until the new internal tool is fully adopted.

Operational / Technical Environment

• EMEA remit across stores, offices, warehouses, and manufacturing environments.

• Supporting equipment processes (cables, networks, PCs, scanners, hardware refresh).

Beneficial experience: retail, supply chain, or corporate office environments.

• Some technical background useful
