Job Description

We are recruiting for a permanent Project Support Specialist/Data Analyst based in Brighton, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and paying a salary between £25k-£27k Per Annum (DOE). This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office and the remaining days working from home.\n\nIf you are looking to join an established business that will offer you excellent career progression opportunities into an Account Management role, then continue reading…\n\nDuties will include:\n\nGathering and analysing data from client's energy usage\nCreating benchmarks and running project reports using the management system \nPreparing invoices and budgets when required\nInputting invoices onto the system and updating Change of Tenancy details, ensuring these are accurate\nMonitoring and identifying new suppliers\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients\nLiaising with internal departments on energy audits and meter management\nResponsible for project management such as creating and updating project trackers\nContacting stakeholders via telephone or email regarding project updates, issues or delaysCandidate requirements:\n\n2-3 years of demonstrable experience working in a comparable B2B environment handling large volumes of complex data and interacting with clients.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAnalytical skills and proven intermediate Microsoft Excel experience\nHighly motivated and a self-starter with strong attention to detail\nGood relationship building skills\nAbility to work under pressure, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders\nAppetite to learn and develop technical knowledge within the roleThis role offers benefits such as private medical insurance, pension, life assurance and more!\n\nHuntress does not discriminate on the grounds of , , gender, , creed or sexual and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
