Hostel Support Worker Needed in Lambeth Shift Pattern - 11-week rolling rota including weekends: Early Shift: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Late Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm Appointment Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Location: 2 Hostels in Lambeth (10 min walk apart) Pay: £15.13 + holiday pay = £16.96 per hour or £20.00 via umbrella company Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our social care client's team as a Hostel Support Worker. This position involves providing vital support to individuals with complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health difficulties, and criminal justice issues. The service users, both men and women, often come with their faithful companions, and therefore the service accommodates a few dogs in the hostel. Responsibilities: Key-working and case management for a caseload of 5 to 10 clients. Providing individualised support and guidance to residents, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
