Property Acquisition Manager UK-wide (focus: North East & M5 Corridor) Up to £55,000 + travel + benefits About the Company I am currently partnering with a rapidly expanding QSR brand, delivering 30+ new openings each year. With exciting franchise deals on the horizon and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for an up and coming Property Acquisition Manager to join the team. This role will support the Head of Property in driving site acquisition strategy and managing day to day property activities across the portfolio. The Role This is a hands-on, deal-focused acquisition role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will work directly with the Head of Property to identify, evaluate, and secure new sites for company-owned stores across the UK. This isn't a desk-based role, you will be out in the market, building relationships, negotiating deals, and helping shape where the brand grows next. Role split: 70% site sourcing, relationship building & deal-making 30% analysis, benchmarking & commercial evaluation Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new QSR sites across the UK (focus on North East & M5 corridor) Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, developers & partners Lead negotiations on leases, commercial terms & agreements Conduct site due diligence (footfall, demographics, planning, competition) Manage a high volume of inbound site opportunities and prioritise effectively Benchmark deals and provide clear commercial recommendations Track pipeline activity and report to the Head of Property Collaborate with legal teams and franchise partners What We Are Looking For Experience in property acquisition, commercial real estate, or similar Confident negotiator, comfortable dealing with landlords and agents Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live deals Willingness to travel across the UK regularly Resilient and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-moving environment Desirable Experience in QSR, retail, leisure or hospitality property Understanding of leases, planning and commercial property law Existing network of property contacts (especially North East / Midlands) Exposure to franchise or multi-site environments Why Join?
