Property and Project Manager About the Company This role is based in Manchester, with a focus on managing residential blocks and estates in the local area. Responsibilities relate to the shared communal areas of managed sites, including building structure and insurance, landscaping, car parks, internal common areas, lifts, etc. These sites vary in size and requirements. About the Role -Property and Project Manager This is a dual role involving property management alongside leading project management efforts across the portfolio. Although youll manage your own portfolio, there will be a strong focus on overseeing projects across the client base, including those managed by colleagues. Several developments currently involve major cladding and related works, and the successful candidate will take ownership of these day-to-day and ensure progress in line with best practice and legal requirements. As current projects conclude, there will be further opportunities to identify and manage future major works in collaboration with property managers. Key duties include: Monitoring cyclical redecoration schedules and coordinating associated budgets and Section 20 consultations where required.

Reviewing and updating CAPEX reports to ensure annual discussions and proper forecasting for future works.
