Were seeking anexperienced, capable Sales personto join one of our most successful offices. This is a position for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates with confidence, and enjoys managing meaningful client relationships. Its not an entry-level role were looking for a proven professional ready to contribute immediately within a busy, outcome-focused team.

Youll be trusted to manage your own pipeline, deliver an exceptional standard of service, and play a key role in maintaining the offices strong performance.

Youll be working with established clients, handling a steady flow of enquiries, and taking ownership of deals from first contact through to completion. Success will come from your ability to build relationships quickly, stay organised, and maintain a calm, professional approach under pressure.

Stanfords are known for selling local, quality, family homes and first time buyer properties and have a strong reputation which you will be expected to uphold.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing vendor and buyer relationships from registration to completion

  • Conducting viewings, negotiations, and progressions with attention to detail

  • Handling walk-ins, calls, and enquiries with a polished and confident approach

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and handling related administration

  • Supporting the teams activity with professionalism and reliability

What youll bring:

  • Background inproperty, sales, or a client-facing environment

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through

  • Professional demeanour and genuine enjoyment of working with people

  • Comfortable using modern CRM and office systems

  • Able to workfive days per week including Saturdays (with a weekday off)

  • Must beoffice-based this role doesnotinclude remote or hybrid work
