We are now looking for an experienced Property Disposal Manager to lead a key 12-month programme focused on the disposal of commercial property and land assets across our estate. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for managing the full lifecycle of asset disposals while maximising value and ensuring strong governance.
This role will suit an experienced property professional who combines commercial insight, programme delivery discipline, and strong stakeholder management.
The Role
You will lead the delivery of a portfolio-wide disposal programme across a diverse mix of commercial buildings, operational estates, surplus properties and land assets. Working closely with internal teams and external advisors, you will ensure that disposals are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with the organisation's property strategy.
This role covers the entire disposal lifecycle - from valuation and route-to-market strategy through to negotiation, due diligence and legal completion.
