Property Litigation Solicitor – Bristol 

Fantastic opportunity to join this exciting legal 100 law firm and its ranked property litigation team for a Qualified Solicitor at NQ up to 3PQE. This is an opportunity to join the team at a pivotal stage where you will work on complex, high-value regional and national matters from the outset,

The Role:

• Advising a diverse client base, including private individuals, trusts, national housebuilders, registered social landlords and major corporate clients across the public and private sectors
• Handling a wide variety of contentious property matters, including disputes relating to development land, property contracts and commercial landlord and tenant issues
• Assisting with other property-related disputes, including TOLATA
• Supporting disputes in the energy and renewables sector, including title and ownership issues, land rights, options and overage, easements, restrictive covenants and related claims
