Ranked as a top-tier firm by the legal directories.The RoleYou will join our Property department based in Chiswick and lead a dynamic team of conveyancers. We are looking for a senior lawyer with at least 10 years PQE at partner level who can support the continued growth of a busy and established practice. You should be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with both residential and commercial conveyancing matters.The successful candidate should be committed, hardworking and will head up a dynamic team of conveyancers, so leadership experience is desirable. Dealing with high end matters, a following is also desirable but not a requirement. You will be required to participate in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives as well as maintaining client and referrer relationships.You will manage a diverse caseload (residential and commercial) including but not limited to:sales and purchases;mortgages and re-mortgages;buy to let;freehold and leasehold transactions.Experience in business real estate transactions such asProperty salesLease agreementsProperty managementDevelopment projectsWorking with a range of clients including businesses, investors, developersResponsibilitiesAdvise on a variety of high end residential and commercial property matters;Build and develop new and existing caseloads in commercial property matters;Draft required documentation;Provide excellent client care.Key RequirementsResidential Property and Commercial Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE;Thorough technical experience across the full property lifecycle;An interest in business development.CommercialProperty law experience is desirableEssential SkillsOrganised with excellent attention to detail;Experience with MS office applications, to include case management and legal systems;Excellent communication skills.Equality & DiversityBindmans LLP is an equal opportunities employer, committed to increasing diversity in our firm and our wider profession.
