The firm is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to manage a complex and varied caseload of both residential and commercial property matters. The role would suit a confident, client-facing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a proven track record in handling both residential and commercial property transactions. The Role: Manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
Advise a range of clients from individuals to SMEs and investors
Work closely with existing clients while also building your own following and referral network
Take responsibility for developing the property offering within the firm
Assist in the mentoring and development of junior team members if desired
