Job Title: Property Lawyer

Salary: £80,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm

About the Role:

\n\n

I am working with a London based firm looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their team. The candidate will play a key role in managing a wide range range of property cases & ensuring execution of transactions. This role will be hands on & office based.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
    • \n\t
  • Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
    • \n\t
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
    • \n\t
  • Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
    • \n\t
  • Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department.
    • \n\t
  • Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.
    • \n
