Lettings & Occupancy Manager

3-Month Contract – Immediate Start – High Commission Per Move-In

Commission:

£200 – £300 per completed move-in.

Location: Oxford (must already live locally and have own car)

Start: Within 7 days

Contract: 3 Months (Performance-Based)

About Us

We operate a HMO room by room co-living portfolio across Oxford and Coventry.

Oxford currently has void rooms that need to be filled quickly and professionally. This is a revenue execution role.

If you can fill rooms fast and maintain high occupancy, you will earn very well.

Your Duty

Increase occupancy and reduce void days across the Oxford portfolio.

You will have authority to:

You will not handle maintenance or property compliance. This is purely a revenue and lettings performance role.

What Success Looks Like

You are judged on:

Occupancy %

Void days

Move-ins completed

Nothing else.

Compensation

Base: £2,300 – £2,500 per month (Contract)

Commission:

£200 – £300 per completed move-in.

The faster you fill rooms, the more you earn. High performers can significantly outperform standard salaried lettings roles.
