This is a revenue execution role.If you can fill rooms fast and maintain high occupancy, you will earn very well.Your DutyIncrease occupancy and reduce void days across the Oxford portfolio.You will have authority to:Optimise listings (SpareRoom, OpenRent, etc.)Respond to enquiries immediatelyConduct and schedule viewingsNegotiate within agreed pricing bandOffer incentives within set limitsTrack and report pipeline weeklyYou will not handle maintenance or property compliance. This is purely a revenue and lettings performance role.What Success Looks LikeAll void rooms actively marketed within 24-48 hoursEnquiries responded to within 1 hourDaily viewing activityWeekly pipeline reportingMeasurable increase in refill speedYou are judged on:Occupancy %Void daysMove-ins completedNothing else.CompensationBase: £2,300 – £2,500 per month (Contract)Commission:£200 – £300 per completed move-in.The faster you fill rooms, the more you earn.
