A Property Litigation and General Litigation Solicitor of 5 years + PQE is required for a fixed term, maternity contract starting in May 2026 for a firm close to Twickenham, Middlesex.

\nThis will be for a period of between 6-12 months.

\nExperience for this Property Litigation & General Litigation Solicitor FTC:
- \n\t
- Be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload \n\t
- Commercial and residential property disputes \n\t
- Landlord and tenant matters \n\t
- Property related insolvency matters \n\t
- Contractual disputes \n\t
- Be able to interact directly with clients, manage their expectations, and meet their deadlines \n
Qualifications for this Property Litigation & General Litigation Solicitor FTC:
\n\n- \n\t
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years in Litigation with full rights to work \n\t
- Good negotiation skills \n\t
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to convey clear and concise information \n\t
- IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications \n\t
- Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity \n
