Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a pro-active Paralegal at a thriving law firm. They are looking for a driven person with property litigation experience.

Property Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:

Draft and prepare legal documents including Landlord and tenant disputes Conduct research on property records, title disputes and legal issues Carry out Lease Reviews Maintain organised case files and documentation Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties

The ideal candidate will have:

MUST HAVE previous experience in property litigation Previous experience with case management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Strong attention to detailIf you have experience within property litigation, get in touch now!
