Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their law firm as a Senior Associate in London.

The role You will be handling a broad range of property disputes, including:

• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claims • Enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants, and rights of way • Beneficial interest disputes • Party Wall disputes • Experience in construction disputes is desirable, as the team is looking to expand in this area

The successful candidate will:

• Have 5–8 years’ PQE, gained in private practice • Proven experience in both residential and commercial property litigation • Strong client-handling and business development skills • Be able to help generate new work and support the team’s business development initiatives • Have strong experience in both residential and commercial property litigation (some commercial litigation experience is advantageous) • Demonstrate excellent initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on their feet • Be committed to working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
